my cable internet not working properly

Hi there! I just moved to Germany so my level is not good enough and i prefer to write in English

I just received my vodafone cable box router. From day 1 internet stops working for some time and I have to switch on and off the plug to make it work again.  In a day it has stopped  for 10 times. had somebody have a similar problem? I also would like to know if there is another way to contact vodafone for this problem without calling as I am not good in German.

I can only advise to file an error EVERY DAY with Vodafone

Arianna, did you ever resolve this issue? I'm in the exact same situation now.

I've had no luck with the whatsapp and online chat bot, as it just gives me the german telephone number.
