Internet is connected but Landline doesn't work.

Hello, we have ordered a new Fritz Box and since then our phone doesn't work. It's a cordless phone. I do all the step to register the phone. now its registered in the Fritz Box but the phone doesn't connect. what should I do?

Internet speed is in your normal range?

"Eigene Rufnummern" in Fritzbox lights green?

Which DECT phone you are using (i.e. Fritz phone)?

Are there any error messages availible in Fritzbox?
