Hi,
I apologize for writing this message in English, but I have just moved to Germany and my German is still pretty weak.
I am a new customer and I made a request for a 200 Mbps cable internet connection. I received the router and I have connected the device according to the instructions given in the box but the Internet led light in the router is still blinking red. Can anyone help me?

Thank you for the reply. No we do even have an appointment yet. We called the technician company and nobody answered. We leave a message and Nobody has even contacted us yet. In WhatsApp Vodafone said, they have contacted the technician company and it will contact us but back for an appointment. Anyone has called us at the moment. We need the Internet as we work from home.
