Hello
A few weeks ago I got a DSL internet contract, someone called me and I "signed" a contract verbally. The desired date was on 15.11, but so far I got no further information, no router, no confirmation, no contract or anything. When I signed the contract, I said more than once that it was very important to have internet in my new flat by 15.11, and it didn't seem to be a problem.
Can I please get some help?
