Hello,
We have recently took an apartment. In the same apartment previous tenant/resident had used same Vodafone DSL connection and on his suggestion I have taken a Vodafone 250 DSL contract - Customer number XXX.
Now I am feeling like I did a mistake. The order status is showing as waiting for "implementation date", which is 15.05.2024.
Is there any I can request to speed up this process (I mean early appointment)? can you please send the router/device pack firs? If anything is not possible, can you please help in cancelling the contract?
