Momentary Internet Loss 20 times a day

Hello, I will directly write my complaint in English. I am an online gamer. Last 3 days, I have been getting momentary internet loss 20+ times a day, these are the ones that I can recognize when I play the game. Suddenly, packet loss occurs in my game, I open the browser quickly and confirm that there is no internet for 15 seconds. This is hurting my gameplay. How do I solve this issue?

 

  • This wasn't happening since months, everything was great until recently
  • I am using Ethernet cable directly, no WiFi problems
  • I changed my Ethernet cable
  • I checked the WiFi via phone during those lockouts and yes, WiFi doesn't work for 15 seconds either.
  • I have the latest Ethernet drivers

Please don't give me generic advice since I have been using internet more than 20 years. I tried every regular problem solving technique. This only leaves my Internet provider as culprit. Can you help with that?

Sorry for necroing this thread, but I have been having these problems since August. Always packet loss or complete loss of internet for a minute. Has Vodafone ever solved these problems for anyone? I created my third ticket in these months and I am feeling like I am just being delayed for no reason.  For earlier tickets, they closed it saying that problem is solved but it comes back again and again. 

One customer representative says my router is the best that can be(hardly so, since it is 6600) and the other says I will send you upgraded router but no router arrived. But I don't think these are related to router at all.

 

In my last ticket, I was informed that I would pick proper dates for technical personnel coming to my house but ticket is "in process" state. So frustrating, especially if I need continous connection to the online game servers and packet loss means destruction of fun.

Another disappointment from Vodafone team again. 
+ 1 month ago, they promised to send a new modem, they didn't send it

+ In the last call, they promised an on-site technical inspection, and they closed my ticket today without inspection. Despite I am having internet disconnect problems 10 times a day.

 

Pure frustration

Since Vodafone doesn't help neither on forums nor on their own support system, I will keep this thread updated. Thanks Vodafone, for not providing a proper service in a big city, in 2024.
