My Easy Box 804 is not working

Since yesterday there has no been internet in my house. I have tried resetting it several times and it request for my MIC but when I insert the code it says it wrong. I have made several attempts till now it still says my MIC code is wrong. I called Vodafone customer care and i didn’t get the help I needed . Any help from anyone here ? Thanks
