Kabel has no network

Hallo Leute, I have made new contract with Kabel internet for more than 1 month, but for now, I still can't get network. during this process, I have called online service for several times, but no one can help me to solve the problem. I have followed every step and active the internet, but still can't get network. The Vodafone router doesn't work, only has two lights are on, just like this photo shows, please let me know what problem is. How can I get network to use?  It has disturbed me a lot. I hope anyone can help me to solve this problem. Thank you in advance.

which LEDs are blinking/lighting?

only two are blinking,  these two lights "Internet and Power"  , like this photo shows:

 

 

WPS and WiFi lights are not working

contact support and say "self installation failed"

a technican will come to xou to fix the problem.

 just hold down the WLAN button and it will be turned on. 

@HausHelene are you a vodafone employee? You answer in standard sentences, nobody will help such answers

It doesn't work at all, I have tried few times. Please arrange for a technician to come to my home to fix the network. It has been more than 1 month I can't use it, it disturbs me a lot.
