Kabel has no network

Hallo Leute, I have made new contract with Kabel internet for more than 1 month, but for now, I still can't get network. during this process, I have called online service for several times, but no one can help me to solve the problem. I have followed every step and active the internet, but still can't get network. The Vodafone router doesn't work, only has two lights are on, just like this photo shows, please let me know what problem is. How can I get network to use?  It has disturbed me a lot. I hope anyone can help me to solve this problem. Thank you in advance.
