Dear Sir/Madam,
I am facing a huge problem here.
My internet is not stable, I have reported this before twice and now it’s the same (***)
The technical man came and I don’t know what he did, then it works for a couple of days and then it disconnected again until I contact you again. Now, I have no internet, and I have to contact you again.
I cannot work with this bad service; I am working as a researcher at TU Berlin and all of my work is done by using the internet.
I don’t know what is the problem and why the technical man wants me to be at home during the appointment even if he didn’t show up the last two times and do it from outside.
Please, if you can’t offer excellent service to your customer, what are you doing then?
I count on Vodafone for everything; Sim cards, WIFI, and even my new iPhone. So, what’s wrong?
