DSL Connection I took from shop I want to cancel please . They are lying and forcing me . Contract is totally another then what I was told . Please help . Can I take online contract and cancel shop contract

Sorry to hear you are not happy with the shop service.
However, revoking a subscription you took out at a local shop and taking out a subscription online is usually not feasible.
It's probably best to settle your issue talking with the local team again.
If you feel you are getting nowhere this way, feel free to contact our online service team.
They can check the issue and give advice.
