I dont have internet for more then week now

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am pointed to text here after more then 10 calls and dont know how many emails in order that I get a help.
My internet is not working at all. You tehnical support said it is all ok and I still dont have internet. Is it possible to send someone to fix it and/or that I also get new router and internet cable from you since that also can be one of the problema?
I hope I get any help since I paying full time ur contract obligation and can not use interenet, with that I also want reduction od the bills for all of the times that I can not use the internet. You have it in system that my internet is not working and no one contact me at all is it fixed it is probably now 2 weeks if not more.
This is the worst internet customer service ever. No one speak even basic english to help you.

Hello. I need to set up internet to 2,4 ghz network too. Since I am trying to connect some of smart devices on wlan. I have the standard set up since beginning and I assume that is 5ghz network. Can you please set it up the both networks 2,4 ghz and 5ghz network with same password so I can connect different devices to different frequencies?

i contact you colleagues ove phone. No one speak english and when I got some I was promised that it will be done , but it is never done.

i am not sure can this be done by forum like this. If can great if not I would like that you contact me in english. Also I didnt see your last answer, since I dont get notification on email when you answer me. Can you this time make sure to contact me over email so I can be sure that this done. I tried to set up this bymyself in options but It didnt work.

Hello Markovina,

 

the standard is that both frequency bands have the same ssid and password. They are not separated.
