I am a new customer and I got my modem easybox today. My activation date is 12 September but I need the internet earlier. I tried to activate via modem’s interface but it says no connection due to possibly my contract isn’t activated yet. Is it possible to activate it earlier like today if no technician is required to come to my flat for the connection?
I tried to contact customer service but no one speaks english.

With DSL, earlier activation by Vodafone is usually not possible, since the lines belong to Telekom and a Telekom technician has to activate them first. Vodafone has no influence on their availability.
Vodafone can only activate earlier in its own cable network, since no third-party technician is required.
