Account termination

I need to terminate my DSL account due to an international move but can't see how in the account settings. I don't speak German.

I'm sorry to hear that you are leaving us.

Please send me a private message with your dslcustomernumber,password & the date your leaving.
If possible, attach a picture of your deregistraction certifacte (some proof that you're leaving germany) as a picture.
