very slow internet 1000 mbps

Hello my name is sai varun reddy meda and i have activated a new 1000 mbps connection yesterday but speed is very slow and doesnt exceed 300 mbps when i do a speed test but all the time it  just comes with 50mbps speed. Im not getting the speed for what i have paid.

Hi @Martin59 @Tobias  I have tested the connection with the suggested site but the speeds do not exceed 400 Mbps. what do I do my speeds are very low than my intended speeds

Its always slow internet speeds and please send a technician to solvethe problem instead of that we are continuously chatting with each other @Martin59 @Tobias

at the moment we have an increased load on the line, which may result in a slower speed.
