The internet connection speed consistently drops multiple times throughout the day. When these incidents occur, the connection is virtually unusable; speeds plummet to as low as 1-10 Mbps (from an expected 700-1000 Mbps download speed and 50 Mbps upload speed), rendering standard activities like web browsing impossible. This disruption typically lasts for several minutes before the connection temporarily normalizes.
I am using a Fritzbox 6670 provided by Vodafone and have confirmed the dramatic bandwidth fluctuations through testing. It is showing max up to 20Mbps upload speed where the plan offers 50Mbps, download speed is also dropped to 700Mbs nowadays.
The current level of service is unacceptable and falls far below the agreed-upon standards of my plan.
I request that you promptly investigate and resolve this matter to restore a stable and reliable internet connection.
