problem of log in about gateway

Dear all

recently, i got device for Vodafone for WIFI.

and below is my problem.

1, when i try to log in to gateway for installing internet, password about gaterway is invalid.

    so, can i get new password about gateway?

2. if is ucceed to log in  gateway i need installation cost for activating my internet.

    so, can i get new password about installation code?

i will realy appreciate if you reply my serious problem and inquiry.

Which modem and which type of connection do you use (DSL or cable)?

If you are using DSL, all you need to do is activating your modem using the Modem-Installations-Code. You will find it in our welcome letter (usually sent via e-mail)

If you're using an EasyBox open https://www.easy.box if you're using a FritzBox open https://www.fritz.box in your browser. You will then be guided through the installation process.
