Formal complaint: persistent disconnections on GigaZuhause 1000 Kabel — request urgent fix and escal

Dear Vodafone Customer Care,

I am writing to raise a formal complaint about ongoing instability on my GigaZuhause 1000 Kabel connection. For several months I have been experiencing short, repeated disconnections: the connection drops for a few seconds up to hours, returns, and then drops again. This happens many times a day. As I frequently work from home, these interruptions are unacceptable and disrupt my work.

I have already tried to contact your customer service by phone and via WhatsApp. After several attempts I finally reached an English-speaking agent who opened a technical ticket and told me a technician would contact me. No one has contacted me, and the problem persists.

What I am requesting:

  1. Immediate diagnosis and a confirmed appointment window with a field technician.
  2. Written confirmation of the root cause and the remediation plan.
  3. A service credit for the prolonged degradation.
  4. A single point of contact / escalation path until the issue is fully resolved.

Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide a written response. If you need further information (e.g., modem logs), let me know and I will provide it.

Kind regards,

@Alexandrecf You can place as many threads as you want in here - as this is NOT an official communication way to Vodafone, they do NOT have any kind of legal binding for Vodafone.

And as the contractual language -and thus also the support language- is solely German, your "formal complaint" wouldn't have had any impact at all, even if you would have addressed it to the right address. If you are anyhow unable to communicate in German, you will need to get a translator on your own expenses -- it's not on Vodafone to communicate with you in any other language except the contractual agreed one.
