Hello, I have a router from Vodafone and my internet used to be really good.
Since last month it was getting worst and worst and now the wifi signal is really bad and sometimes even stops working. I have been really bad and I tried to contact by telephone and Whatsapp but as you can see, I didn't get success contacting them.
The Whatsapp service send me to the forum.
I need some help and I hope I get it soon because I wouldn't like to pay for a service that is not working properly

what modem do you use? Are the problems with the WiFi with both the 2.4 GHz and 5GHz network? How about an ethernet connection?

My modem is TG3442DE.
I don't understand about the 2.5 and 5.0 connection, how do I check it?
I already tried the cable connection and the internet was still with a bad connection, working really slow.

Yes I have tried those tips but unfortunately it didn't help.
I tried cable connection direct to my computer and the internet it is still slow when I make the velocity test it says that I'm having around 4% of it should be depending on the moment.

@Moni_GK I don't know the highest value but I know that until last month I could play my online games, what streaming without any problems and now the wifi disconnects many times during the day and the internet is so slow that sometimes is hard to watch a video on youtube.
