Hi community,

 

I'm looking for a solution to solve my problem.

 

I joined the wifi product. Even though I have tried the factory setting several times, It still didn't work .: shock:

And I cannot find the light on the wifi and WPS. 

when I start the device, wifi and WPS lights blinked several times. finally, it turns off and it doesn't come back.

I'm not confident with cable but I found the Vodafone station on the website published by two vendors (Arris and Technicolor /manuals in German only). Can you find out of what vendor your router is?

What kind of internet contract (DSL or cable) do you use?

 

It seems that you use a cable connection. I will move your thread into the correct board. 

I'm not confident with cable but I found the Vodafone station on the website published by two vendors (Arris and Technicolor /manuals in German only). Can you find out of what vendor your router is?

Can you find the English version? 

My circuit is CABLE.

Also an HowTo instruction to login into the router. 

 

Additional question: Did you also book the WiFi option? 

of course. I did. but I can not find the WLAN tab in Default Gateway.

Hi @ORSLOW,

 

Please press the the WiFi button (VF station) at least 3 seconds. The LEF light should start to blink. When the light is solid then your WiFi should enabled.

Before you start: check the status of the wireless interface
If the Wi‑Fi LED on the front panel is off then press and hold the Wi‑Fi button for
approximately three seconds until the Wi‑Fi LED lights up.

I have tried several times. the lights still turn off. 

Actually, I have no idea what am I to do more.
