hi,
I have Cable internet (200mbps/50mbps, with extra upload speed option), and today I just tested and my speed test is around 200down/3up.
REALLY!! Only 3 mbps upload!!
I am having issues with my upload speed since last year... This year in january, I decide to updagre my plan from (200/10) to (200/50) paying 3 euros more for the extra upload speed, trying to solve my low upload issue!!
I am having an avg of 5 mbps as upload speed during the day... Even paying the upload extra, may upload speed never pass 10mbps.
Please help!

I'm sorry, there are no updates on that right now. Colleagues are working on reducing the load on the upstream. I can't tell you yet when that will be done.

Thanks for the update! I am really hoping that the situation will get better on the following weeks.
I got a few disconnections today, and the speed/connection is still very bad.

I am now paying extras from my mobile internet, because I can not do meetings with my home internet.
Also, I just spoke with two closest neighbours and they are also complaining about the internet!
Another neighbour from the building in front of mine is already cancelling for the same reason, moving to LTE internet.
It is just a sad situation because I only have Vodafone on my building.. So sincerely, looks like Vodafone is not really worried about it, since everyone is paying and without options 😞
Anyway, thanks for your help and sorry if you had to read this... but the powerless situation is getting me crazy.

Believe me, I am very very patient on this! Today my internet is 8mbps of download and 0,2 of upload.
This is not even enough to upload an image here! I had to refresh this page many times, because the request is failing to post this text here.
I am stucked at home, without no internet. If I am still alive and being polite here, I am relly being patient.
Please, if you could raise this issue, or just message someone, or try harder, please do it!
Looks like the entire block here is having issue!
At least a bit more of speed, so I can resume my basic navigation! PLEASE!
