Hello,
We've just moved into an apartment which uses Vodafone Kabel. Because we need to stream to twitch, we asked the building owner to upgrade the line to the 200/50 (with the upload option) so we would have the bandwidth.
This was actioned earlier this week, but the upload is still very unreliable. While sometimes the upload (normally at 4am or so) can get up to 30-40mbps. It will usually be stuck around 12mbps maximum, but it is very unstable with lots of dropped frames when attempting streaming.
I saw this thread and posted our details there and saw someone talk about the modulation of upstream channels, so I checked this on our newly installed Vodafone Station box, and all 4 of our upstream channels are using QPSK modulation, which i believe will explain why the line is locking at 10-12mbps maximum upload and understand this shows a line fault?
Also, here is the results of the twitch bandwidth test
Thank you for your help, and sorry for only speaking English!
Liam

Hello,
The screenshots were all taken at the time the post was made, so it was after the technician had been.
Today the line is much better (for the first time in 48 hours) we can stream to twitch, but also DOCSIS stats for the upstream channels are showing 2 at 64QAM for the first time in 2 days too.
It seems like we only have major issues when the upstream channels drop to 8QAM and QPSK as shown in previous screenshots, so surely that indicates there is a fault somewhere?

I spoke too soon.
The problems are now back, and the DOCSIS stats show the multiplexing has degraded.
