Hi,
I am unable to speak German, so contacting support is quite difficult. Additionally, I am renting through Wunderflats, so I do not directly have a contract with vodafone (but the landlord does). We have had pretty decent upload speeds and download speeds for several months (roughly 6), but for the last 8 days the upload speed has tanked, and dips as low as 500kpbs. The maximum on speedtest I've gotten in the last 8 days has been 3mbps. When we moved in this was around 40ish mbps upload. Our download does not seem to be impacted and has held at 250mpbs for the duration of our stay here. We are on the edge of Grunewald for reference in case others in the area are having similar issues.
