Upload speed extremely slow

Good afternoon everybody. Since Monday I have a cable tarif with 250 mbs download speed and 50 mbs upload. Download is very good but upload speed is usually 2 Megabytes which is too little. I have tried with 3 different devices including ethernet cable and got exactly the same results.
