Speed and ping problem

I can't play online games (huge ping 300-500, and no difference - EU servers or NA, RU), i can't watch streams (laggy, every 5-10min loading).

 

For example - if i play online game, and at the same time turn on the stream (not my), you can forget about the comfortable play. Srsly ? Not enough speed ? And how about my 100Mbit/s ? Oh, whait.. I do not even have 30-50Mbit/s! I get only 20-25Mbit/s of them! And no matter - in the morning or in the evening!

Even this speed would be enough. But for some reason, the channel is immediately overloaded!

 

My tarife - "Red Internet und Phone 100 DSL"

If I get it right: You have bad performance everyday?

 

Did you already open an incident-ticket?

 

 

If not, plaese make three speedchecks at three different days and time with LAN-cable on our page:

Then send me these ticket-numbers and your customer data via PN. Your current mobile-number for further questions is necessary, too.
