I have the "Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable" and since last month my wifi has been really slow and even stop working several times during the same day.
I used to be able to play and watch streaming but now it is impossible to play and streaming services stop working several times while watching something.
It happens with both notebook from my flat and even with the cellphones. I already try to connect the notebook direct at the router by cable but the internet was still really slow.
I used the speed test from Vodafone and my velocity is always under the one that I am paying.
I tried support by Whatsapp and phone call but all of them send me here. I also already tried some help here but anyone answered me. Can someone please help me to solve my problem?
Will I need to look for my rights at the justice? I hope not because I think this is just a small problem that I hope Vodafone solves it quickly.
