Hello
I just moved to Germany a few weeks ago, apologies for not being able to post in German yet. I have tried to set up the home install of my Vodafone WLAN Cable Router (Sagemcom 5460) however it does not seem to be working yet. I have followed all of the instructions and I am still unable to connect to the internet. The router seems to be working and I can connect to WiFi, however there is no actual connection. The modem status has been showing as 'In Process' for several days. I've followed several troubleshooting exercises (rebooting/resetting etc) however it is still not working.
I've not been able to get through to anyone on the English customer services phone number.

I'd be glad to look at your connection. Send me your customer data (name, address, customer number) in a private message and let me know here when you have sent the data.
