I'm having problem with Wi Fi for 3 days. First the light of Internet was red and flashing, then the phone one.
Then, they look fine, both white and fixed but the Wi fi is still not working.
I opened a ticket that they "solved" in 2 hours, but nothing one solved at all. Then I reopened it and it's still in progress after 3 days.
I need connection to work and nothing is happening. Can someone help or know what can I do to speed up the process?
Also, I don't speak German, so it's hard to have them on the phone.
