I moved into a new apartment building more than a month ago. And to this day I am waiting for
an internet connection (fiber optic) to be installed. The service staff come and fail to connect me. This has happened 3 times already. They say the problem is "our local expansion partner has informed us that the continuation of the expansion is delayed due to external influences." I understand that there is
nothing I can do to speed up the process, but I would really like to know the planned dates for the connection and, most importantly, what is causing the delays. Could you please help me?
