Important: The 5GHz frequency band is not supported by all wlan devices. If there are any questions left contact the manufacturer of the product.

I'm using on my Iphone 7 , Iphone 8 , Samsung Tablet so on all of them keeps dropping ? and what's the point on having the 2.4ghz enabled when my internet speed is 40Mbps and i have Vodafone 400.

Please keep in mind that due to regulations of the usage of the 5 GHz frequency band, all routers have to support DFS (Dynamic Frequency Selection). In case of a radar detection, they have to switch off the 5 GHz network at all (or switch to a frequency where there is no radar signal).
This might happen excessively next to air ports - and then the devices might drop out of the WLAN...

Hi Mevlan01,
Your connection must be checked by a technician on site, because he has only one instead of 4 upstreams. Do you agree to a technician assignment and can you provide access to the house system?
