Hello, I'm a new customer and received a router in the mail last week. I followed the instructions to get it set up, but it doesn't connect to the internet. The internet light just blinks red. Thanks.

which router did you get and what's the name of your contract? For how long is it connected now?

The contract is "Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable" and I think the router is "Arris tg3442de". It's not connected right now. It was connected for a few days, but it seemed like a waste so I turned it off. I've tried turning it on and off, and resetting it but the result is always the same.

okay, I guess a technician will need to finish the installation. Please send me a private message with the following details:
- customer number
- full address
- birth date of the contractual partner
- MAC address of the Arris
- a phone number for the appointment
