I am living in Landsberg, Postal Code 86899. My Internet connection is very good in the morning, but decreasing dramatically throughout the day. I am experiencing massive packet loss and reduced upload. People are hardly able to understand my voice in meetings using MS Teams or similar tools. Please advice.

Thanks for your answer, I am facing this issue from last three months and it still continues.
Colleagues of mine with telekom have not that much issue in my area. I am not able to use the internet andservices what I am paying for.
The issue should be deal by fair means
