No internet - Ineed urgent help, I’m waiting since last week

Hi,

Not sure why it’s impossible to access my previous message from 4h ago, but I’m still in really problematic situation.

My Internet is dead since last week and I was waiting for the help, but no one react. It happend in the same time when I decide to move my internet to the new flat.

Internet wasn’t working In the old apartment since Monday, and from 1st of February should work in the new flat, but the problem still appears.

Everything seems fine, WiFi is working, I restarted router couple times. It’s offline, there’s no “@“ simbol.

This is really urgent because I was hoping that somebody is working on this issue in the meantime and now nobody wants to answer me...

I need this ASAP because of my work, so please help me, or idk just... react?

Edit: This is a community between customers, no official support channel. So please do not post the same issue a few times.
