I have a Internet Red kable 200mbs contract, but my speed is 40/50mbs in wifi and only 80/90mbs in ethernet. At start I thought that probably I needed to change amd try different settings or probably it was just question of time and then it should set alone. But after 1month the situation is always the same, 40/50mbs sometime 30mbs (with 1 target on the wifi line) 80/90mbs in ethernet.
Before to sign the contract I checked if it was possible to have 200mbs in my area, and yes it is possible (test says 250mbs). I know that I can lose some speed, but
30/50mbs(wifi) 80/90mbs(ethernet) is too much difference
So my question is,
why?
I am paying for a service, but the service is not what Vodafone offered me, and now I have 2years with Vodafone. Very sad.
It is impossible to speak with someone at the costumer service number, always the same song and wait.
I think Vodafone looks like someone who want to take joke of you.

Hi Lipe,
it is not interesting for us, what the speed through WiFi is like. With ethernet-connection there should be full speed. I'd like to check this. Please send me your name, address and customer number by PN. Please also let me know here if you have sent the message.
Kind regards
Marco

Hi Lipe,
I've checked the connection and can't find anything abnormal. All parameters are fine. Please check if your end devices are suitable for speeds above 100 MBit/s.
We have no influence on how high the transfer rate via WiFi is for you, so only the data rate via LAN is decisive for us.
Kind regards
Marco
