Hallo everyone,
I subscribed Redinternet and phone 100 DSL. Unfortunately, when I use WLAN connection for laptop, the speed is too slow. I experienced it almost everyday but it different time. Sometimes early in the morning, sometimes in the night. In this morning I did speedtest with vodafone site and resulted download speed 0.97 Mbit/s.
Please help me to fix the problem and thanks in advance for that.

Hi,
I have the same problem almost everyday. Really really frustrating. The only solutions on the forums here are to do something with the modem. But I'm almost certain that the problem lies with the ISP. When using the pingplotter app you can see the connection to the local modem is just fine, and it's a disaster afterwards.
I hope they start fixing it on their site, instead of asking us to restart the modem or something similar.

Hi mas_ter52,
the quality of your WIFI can be affected by many factors. For example the WIFI rom your neighbours etc.

In many cases it helps to switch the WIFI channel or using a Repeater.

Hi Jens,
Thanks for the useful link to optimize the speed especially for me who are not soo familiar with this kind of things. So far I've tried some suggestions like placing the modem in the right place, changing wifi channel, and using LAN cable. The results still not so good. I got improved speed but still slow.
