Hello, 

I am seriously irritated by your worst service and internet service, I am regretting choosing Vodafone, 

First of all the range and connection issue which was with home station i struggled for many months, then your team told me to upgrade to Fritzbox 6660 so i paid extra and got new router, now even worse the internet stopped working completely, I spent 3 hours non stop to call the technical team but i was always put on the waiting mode and keep transferring my call , Pathetic experience with your whole team. Please terminate my contract or fix the internet.

Since 08/22 there is no support in the forums.

I assume new Fritzbox is not yet activated in your contract

connect Vodafone Station again and wait until it goes offline
