My connection was activated on 03.01.2018 by Vodafone. When the technician came, he could not find the cable from the basement, insisting that it was broken. Now that the cable was found. But the internet is still not connected. I still need help connecting the internet!

Did the technician come a second time after you have found the cable?

 

Did you contact us already so we can send the technician again.
