Hi Rodalben,
it was tried in vain to debit the amount from your account. Maybe there was insufficient cover. You have received a letter from us stating what amount is still outstanding. In addition, the debit date has been changed to make it work better in the future.
As soon as the amount is balanced, your Internet will be released again.
