Hi, sorry if I write in English but I do not speak German.
I am experiencing my line go at 1-5mb/s with a line that is supposed to be 200 mb/s, this happen in the middle of the day, especially between 12 and 17/18.
I had a similar problem the last year, that was fixed by changing some parameters on the router (something regarding the number of channels it was jumping on). The technician told me that if I had to change the router I should have to ask again for this "fix".
The router is the same, but I have seen that there has been a major update on it and I am now facing that problem again, can I ask to solve it here? I have no other way to contact Vodafone Support because on telephone there are no English options.

It is ok to me having the technician again, but in the last year he already came 3 time and the only solution we have found was the change of this "'channel jumps".
