Hi,
Last September I moved out of Germany and with the help of the community I closed the Kabel contract. At the time I also believed I closed also the Mobile contract, as they were part of the same Gigacombi contract. As my contract had minimum term my cancellation data was set to 30.1.2020.
Unfortunately I found out that only the Kabel contract was cancelled, while the mobile contract remained active and I want to cancel it right now.

Hi Giacomo10101,
that contracts are different, cause the mobile one can be used out of Germany.
Where did you move to?
And was your contract cancelled to end of time on 30th of January?

Hi,
-I moved to Spain
-I understand, now, that mobile is a different contract and that I never requested the cancellation of the mobile contract.
-I've not used the two mobile lines since October
-I want to close the contract as soon as possible, paying what is due to Vodafone
-I've actually opened a business vodafone contract in Spain for two mobile lines, not sure if that helps
