Good morning,
On 04.02.2025, I cancelled my mobile contract due to a mistake made by Vodafone. I cancelled the contract within the 14-day window, as per my rights, and I should not be required to pay any fees. However, I am now receiving an invoice for more than 100 euros, which is absolutely absurd.
As a customer, I have the right to cancel the contract within this period without incurring any charges. I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved promptly.
Additionally, I am unable to view the invoice online because the contract is marked as concluded, which seems unreasonable.

Thank you very much for your message. If you cancel your contract within 14 days, you will receive a refund. In your case, the invoice will certainly have already been created and that is why you received the invoice. You will receive a final invoice and the costs will be refunded to you.
