Hi ,
I have a gigacube 4g contract and it's 24 month period will get over by 06.02.2025.
I had submitted a cancellation request online 2 weeks back but I didn't receive any kind of mail or confirmation regarding that.
Is the termination going to happen for my contract on 06.02.2025 as requested ?
Do i need to return the Gigacube router and sim ?
I would appreciate if anyone could check and provide answers to my questions.
I have uploaded the image of the cancellation submission.

Hello Rethin,
the notice period is 4 weeks. Your contract cannot be terminated on 06.02.25. The notice of termination would have had to be in the system by 04.01.25 at the latest. Our customer support can enter the termination for you. This will then be from the current date in 4 weeks. Please contact us via our WhatsApp chat on 0172 1217212.
