I also have the problem of connection price reimbursement, I did not see such a reimbursement button.

You mean the reimbursement of the activation fee? Where did you sign the contract?
The GigaKombi has to be activated. Since when are your contracts (mobile and fixed net) running?

I signed the contract with Handydealer24 online. They said i could get the refund in the app. My contract started from 19.02.2020, but i received my sim card at 26.02.2020. However, I could not find the way to get the refund of connection fee in the app.
The attachment is my first bill of the mobile phone contract. The period of mobile is 19.02.2020-18.02.2022.
The period of fixed network contract is 06.12.2019-05.12.2021.
May I apply the refund of the connection fee from you?
