I have requested a gigakombi offer for internet and cellular plan last week and there are a few problems with my name and address.
My name, address and email are incorrect in the contract.
I have also specified on the phone, when I created the contract, that I would like to purchase a Fritzbox and Have a technician install the router for DSL connection. I was delivered a Vodafone router which is not compatible and I do not have internet connection in the apartment.
I would like to mention that I am working from home and the internet connection is vital for my work. Please reach out to me and help me sort the internet problem.
I would like to have the appointment with a technician as soon as possible.
