Cannot Add New Contract to Account

I cannot add my new vodafone contract to my account. I have called techincal and customer service and they say I have to add my contract myself, the problem is when I use my activation code and account number it tells me I have imput the wrong information and it locks my services for 24 hours.

 

Is there any way to get this fixed? I've had the contract for almost a month with no internt and customer service has been unhelpful.
