Hello,
I got transferred my vodafone cable internet ownership after my flatmate moved out. The billing and internet work well. The money is being withdrawn from my bank account. However whenever I try to view my contract detail on myvodafone, I can not and whenever I try to add it on my contract via my customer number it says this customer number is not valid or real but the customer number is valid as written on the detail at the automated and the forms sent to me from vodafone. I do not have activation code also because it never sent to me via email or mail. Could you help me to match my vodafone account and my cable internet contract so that I can view and change my package in case I needed. I can share required information for any security check and account details.
