I have been with Vodafone for a while now. Each time, I spend one hour trying to login and call customer service as they keep changing the login details. Again I have done this and finally I have access to my account, but I cannot find my phone or DSL contract when I login. I tried entering my customer numbers but it says "something went wrong". I have called Vodafone multiple times in 2 years to fix this. I am now absolutely and utterly fed up with this company because they only respond when they see a customer leave.

If your customer number isn’t accepted, it’s likely that your contracts are not correctly linked to your MyVodafone account. We can check this for you and correct the link.
