Hello,
I am writing to request assistance with my MeineVodafone account as I am currently stuck in a technical loop regarding my contract registration and address update.
The Problem:
I recently moved to a new address and need to update my contact details.
My contract was not previously linked to my online account. When I try to add it now, the system requires an Activation Code (Aktivierungscode).
When I request a new code, the system automatically sends it to my old address, which I no longer have access to.
Because I cannot receive the code at my old home, I am unable to manage my account or update my billing info.
Could you please assist me here?
