I installed the internet from Vodafone at my old apartment via cable. However, when I move to the new apartment, my landlord denied installing the new connection via cable. The technician from Vodafone also came and confirmed that he could not install the new line for cable. However, there is one email from Vodafone was sent to me and asked for the confirmation document from my landlord. Could you possibly send me a form or any example document for this case (landlord confirmation)? Or can you please tell me what I should mention inside that document?
