hi there 

our landlord is identified humidity on our apartment and has asked us to vacate it immediately due to a health risk

Giving us an apartment 50 meters next to our original one , so there is a high chance you provide Services as well

I have raised my request with Vodafone to proceed with the move, but I have not heard from them and would like to avoid waiting one month for you to tell me the address is not available (like the case on the forum above) Requesting the moving, I did not got any ticket number. 

can you help ?

Customer service told me this is the only way i can contact you as they do not speak english . 

its been almost  2 weeks ! is it really noone thst can really help ?
